Bored piers have a range of uses including deep foundations, bridge foundations, contiguous and soldier pile retaining walls and supports for overhead structures. Saunders Civilbuild has a range of dedicated bored pile rigs as well as supporting equipment that allows us to take on a range of projects of any size. Currently we have equipment that can drill from 300-1200mm Diameter piles, 8m deep without extensions.
Sheet piles have a wide range of uses from temporary shoring to permanent walls such as basements. As well as installation Civilbuild can also offer the supply of sheets both permanent and temporary hire as well as the design and certification including internal bracing structures if required. We have a range of equipment for the installation of sheets including: Excavator mounted sheet piling rig.
Driven piles can offer a cost effective solution for your foundation requirements.
Driven piles can allow quicker installation than bored or CFA alternatives and can be ideally suited for sites with poor geotechnical conditions or contaminated sites where handling of drilled material can be hazardous and expensive to treat. Onsite pile splicing allows for piles to be driven to any depth.
Bored piles can be used for building foundations, industrial foundations and wharves. Driven Piles have proven durability, speedy installation and economic solutions. They range from 6-20m in length and have a load capacity of up to 1000kN.
Driven piles can offer a cost effective solution for your foundation requirements, House foundations, commercial buildings and pools.
Driven mini piles can allow quicker installation than bored pile alternatives and can be ideally suited for sites with poor geotechnical conditions. Driven Piles have no spoils to remove and haven proven durability. Civilbuild have equipment including excavator mounted hammers to install the mini piles. This allows for ease of installation and the ability to work in tight areas.
The mini piles come in lengths ranging from 2.4m to 6m. Mini Piles have a capacity of 85kN-175kN.
Bored piles have a range of uses including deep foundations, bridge foundations, contiguous and soldier pile retaining walls and supports for overhead structures. Sometimes to bore the hole dense rock has to be removed.
Civilbuild has a range of dedicated Rock Drilling rigs as well as supporting equipment that allows us to take on a range of projects. Civilbuild’s TREX drill rig can drill 20m deep and 125mm.
